No doubt that achieving your goals can be challenging if not difficult. Imagine it's the beginning of a new year, you're all pumped up and ready to go with all the positive energy inside you. Then after about a month or two you just lose your confidence. Suddenly that mountain that you're climbing is just way too high and you abandon your goal and get back to your comfort zone. I feel you. I've been in that situation myself many times. Until I learned how to really deal with my goals.
