Dale Carnegie said “A person’s name is, to that person, the sweetest, most important sound in any language.” Names matter. The sound of your name cuts through any background noise, we’re conditioned from birth to hear it above anything else. It makes us unique, special and said in the right tone, valued. Remember someone’s name and you’re indicating their importance to you. Get it wrong and don’t get it at all and you’re instantly in the space of indicating someone’s lack of importance.
In this episode we look at the value of names and how they can build trust in a relationship and unleash the conditions for connective energy.
