As a society we have never been so distracted as we are now. We are habitually distracting ourselves from something with mindless habits which may in the form of hard addictions or soft addictions. Habits we reliably overdo but don't realize it's affecting our lives because, let's admit it, everyone is doing it.

This episode looks at the what, why, how, and fall out of mindless addiction and what we can do to remedy the behaviour before it's too late.
