Mental Health is a huge topic these days, and for good reason. It affects our body, our mood, our appetite, just to name a few. But a huge part of our mental health comes back to our feelings. Both individually and collectively, we have created a world where feelings are something to shove down inside. Unless they are love and happiness, the world doesn't want to hear about it. Letting your feelings sing their song has a profound healing affect on your body and your mind, as well as helping you release that stagnant energy.
