In my experience, whenever I have heard the baptism of the Holy Spirit preached, it is more of how to receive the baptism than who the Holy Spirit actually is. It makes me wonder how many of us have the foundational doctrine on this particular topic.
So as we look at the Holy Ghost as the promise of the Father, we get to answer these questions:
1. Who exactly is the Holy Spirit?
2. Who baptizes us with the Holy Spirit?
3. How do you receive the Holy Ghost baptism?
4. Why do we need the baptism of the Holy Spirit?
