Nobody likes being told what to do...something my coach said to me recently that really rang true.
And with good reason, why would we go by someone else's advise and wisdom when we have access to our own insights. What's even cooler is that our insights will be tailored to exactly what we need in that moment to help us see things with greater clarity and grow as human beings.
