Description

In this episode our host discusses Imposter Syndrome.

Often times in the work place Black women find themselves being the only. That isolation can lead to feelings of lack of belonging which can cause you to second guess yourself. Women have been conditioned to refer to these feelings as Imposter Syndrome, but for Black women there's more to it. The doubt we feel at works stems from lots of things, many of which are systemic, not necessarily because we don't truly feel qualified.
