This week we are going all in on financial wellness with Liz Carroll, the creator of the Mindful Money Method!

Liz is passionate about widening the financial wellness circle for women. 

She used to think that she was bad with money and therefore made irresponsible choices with money. She caused herself unnecessary worry and confusion. Then she decided to get good with money, earning spending, saving and investing. Through her successful journey she created a process for other women to follow called the Mindful Money Method. She retired early from my software sales career and she is now a certified Financial Life Coach, Yoga/Meditation teacher and self-made multi-millionaire. She lives on the Oregon Coast with her husband of 32+ years and her adult children visit regularly.
