Most of us have endless "To Do" lists. I know I sure do!! Mine is so big I have it on an app called Clickup and everything separated into different subjects with deadlines and notes and all sorts of shiny flashy things.

But does that mean I'm less stressed? Does that mean I can get it all done?

Heck NO!!

In fact... I'm going to give you a theory today on maybe why you shouldn't try to get it all done and maybe some of those things don't even need be there! How crazy is that?
