This week's super amazing celebrity is Silke Herwald - did you know one of the way's of showing up for yourself is to be able to process grief?
Silke Herwald is a Grief Specialist, clinical hypnotherapist and Master Practitioner of NLP. Bereaved women worldwide have been supported by Silke for well over a decade.
As a sought after speaker Silke presented her unique “Grief to Love - a Blueprint for the living” at the 2019 AHA world conference to an international audience of Psychotherapists, Counsellors, Psychologists and Hypnotherapists. Silke teaches experienced Hypnotherapists the groundbreaking ‘Grief To Love’ blueprint so they can feel confident in helping their bereaved clients be in less pain.
Four years ago Silke developed an even deeper understanding of grief when she lost her only sister to cancer and supported her parents and brother-in-law through that loss. After not having seen her parents for two years due to Covid and Australia being in lockdown, Silke got the 4am phone call no one wants to get to get on the flight nobody wants to be on. Silke’s dad had suddenly died. And that was only two weeks after Silke had to let go of her old therapy dog, who’s gentle calm presence soothed many of her clients.
Today Silke has a membership for bereaved women and works with overwhelmed overachievers world wide one on one. Silke has mastered the fine art of talking about grief in a deeply insightful yet lighthearted way.
