In this solo episode, I expand on my conversation with this past Sunday's guest, Alli Ryan, artist and creator of Kindful Art. Alli and I discussed many topics, including how she listened to her inner nudge, which led her to create Kindful Art.

Today, I share my FAVORITE exercises to strengthen your relationship with your intuition. Whether you're a newbie with listening to your intuitive sensations or a seasoned pro, this episode is sure to offer doable ways for you to check in with clarity and confidence.

One exercise share is: S.T.O.P., Collaborate and Listen

S: Senses (Do a body scan of your five senses to get you out of your head)

T: Take a breath (Take one deep breath to drop into yourself)

O: Open Your Hands (Signals safety to your body so you stay out of fight or flight mode)

P: Partner up with Yourself (Ask your Higher Self, "What is the next best step for me to take the highest good for myself and all involved in this situation?")
