Our mind is a powerful tool, but sometimes, it can work against us. We've all heard of IQ and EQ, but what about PQ?
Positive Intelligence is the newest mental tool to change those pesky inner critical voices for good. In today's episode we're exploring Positive Intelligence which refers to a concept developed by Shirzad Chamine, which focuses on the balance between your "Saboteurs" and your "Sages" in your mind.
According to Chamine:
Saboteurs: are the negative inner voices or thought patterns that undermine one's confidence, resilience, and overall well-being. They can manifest as self-doubt, fear, perfectionism, and other forms of negativity.
Sages: On the other hand, your Sages are the positive inner voices that represent your wisdom, resilience, and inner strength. They help you navigate challenges with clarity, empathy, creativity, and confidence.
Positive intelligence involves recognizing and managing your Saboteurs while amplifying the voice of your Sages. It's about cultivating a mindset that fosters self-awareness, emotional agility, and a positive outlook on life. By mastering positive intelligence, you can overcome obstacles, achieve your goals, and live a more fulfilling and purposeful life.
