Description

Any goal, aspiration or desire we go after in our lifetime will require us to step outside our comfort zone in order to obtain it. So how do you react when you experience things get hard and uncomfortable along the way? Do you have a clear enough understanding of your SELF to handle adversity without giving up, making excuses, letting your mood decide your destiny or beating yourself up? This is something most people don’t have, and not because they don’t want to do the work or haven’t tried to improve themselves, but because none of us are not taught to prioritize our needs and interests, or even think for ourselves. We are taught to think about others and how they will respond to us and/or reward us. We of course do this obediently to survive and sometimes thrive in this world as a child and adolescent.

However, what we understand about the outside world doesn’t translate to understanding our inside world or sense of self. We are left with what feels like a chasm between our inner and outer life that can feel impossible to bridge and the roles we learn to play in society isn’t enough to get us through our adult life and the complexities of relationships, spouses, family and finances.

It is my goal to educate people of how necessary the work of self-development and self-awareness is for anyone who would ever want to find purpose in their life, set and obtain goals that are meaningful, be in a fulfilling relationship, or become financially successful - for all of this and more you will need a strong understanding of WHY you think, feel, behave they way you do as well as how your past draws a blueprint for your future if you are not able to recognize these often self-defeating patterns.
