Breathwork encompasses various techniques that incorporate intentional use of the breath. Basically, you can learn to regulate the flow of breath to balance the body and mind. We asked former sportscaster turned certified breathwork and meditation coach and special needs mom and advocate, Tricia Chiongbian, to guide us through the importance of taking a proper breather - literally - especially when the going gets tough.
