In today’s episode I start off by talking about why I changed the name of my podcast and then dive into 5 tips/tools you can use or consider to help you feel good about the holiday season with less anxiety, stress, or sadness. For some the holidays are merry and bright, for others the holiday’s are heavy and hard, and for a lot of us they are somewhere in between.
