Description

Nobody wants to be controlled and how many times have you said either to yourself or to a friend, 'he/she is so controlling"? I know I have.  Being controlled and being in control have two very different meanings.  To be controlled implies that someone else is telling you what to do, either consciously or unconsciously: and you could be allowing this to happen.  To be in control implies that you are aware of what you do personally: and that could be mentally, emotionally, financially, or physically.  Being controlled is disempowering and being in control is empowering.  Decide today, to TAKE CONTROL of You and your life, I promise you will see and feel the difference.
