Seen-It Sipper: Jackson Julep
Muddle mint and powdered sugar together in the bottom of a lowball glass. Add a splash of club soda and fill the glass with crushed ice. Add bourbon and fill remainder of the glass with club soda. Stir and garnish with additional mint.
