Seen-It Sipper: Oher-ange Julius
½ cup sugar, divided
1 orange zest
1 orange wedge
1 ½ cups ice
2 cups orange juice
½ cup vodka
1 cup whole milk
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix together the orange zest and half of the sugar on a plate with a fork. Use to garnish glasses. Blend remaining ingredients together and serve in prepared glasses. Serves 4.
