Exercising at home could be something that most are not used to, but right now we don't have much of a choice.
Push-up, sit ups, jumping jack and plenty other exercises (that you could find on the internet) can help stay in shape until gym and exercise facilities open up again.
You could also go for a run (while keeping your distance from others, of course) or even try something new like jumping rope.
Jumping rope is something easy to do (I don't recommend doing it at home though xD)
