In time of crisis, we need to connect more frequently with other.
We are so lucky to have technologies with us right now that allows us to stay in touch with others more easily.
Taking the time to call someone and ask them how are they doing could help them cope with this situation better.
I decided to do daily “Live” on Instagram with people that I know or new acquaintances.
I wanted to catch up with them and ask them how are they adapting to this new situation.
At first, I wanted to call the show:
5 minutes and 15 seconds, but ultimately the conversations became longer.
