In this episode, we are going to talk about the importance of the gut microbiome. There is current research going on about our gut health, specifically what grows in our gut.
For many years we have overlooked the importance of our gut microbiome and the negative effects of dysbiosis. The majority of our immune system is housed in our gut so it makes sense to look at the place that is introduced to foreign objects because it is responsible for the breakdown of food and anything else that enters the mouth.
Our gut is what keeps us alive, the microorganisms living in you are the ones that are keeping you alive and functioning.
