In this episode, we’d like to welcome Lindsay Kimmel. She was diagnosed with cancer of the salivary gland at age 31, a month before her wedding. She is a labor and delivery nurse, a yogi, dog momma, and lover of the mountains. During her personal journey, she built resilience and learned to appreciate life a little bit more. Lindsay is here today with us, to share her story about health, wellness nursing, and how she built up her resilience.
