We are back in Chicago for this debrief, and it got us thinking about how it was for us as nurses working in Chi. We started our careers here and often stayed working during the cold months. Don't get us wrong, though; Chicago is one of the most beautiful cities here in the US, and the skyline doesn't compare to any city. But Matt and I agree that being in California is different than working here. The breaks and nursing resources are different. But compared to all the hospitals, as far as nursing goes, it's quite the same. Chicago is more trauma heavy as there is violence and crime.
