In this episode, we talk to Machiel den Dekker. Machiel is Managing Director of AFAS Belgium, an ERP software company. He started his career at AFAS 15 years ago as a Consultant and has been with the company ever since. Or well, maybe he did kinda leave, because he left the Dutch office to set up a new office in Belgium.
