Description

I cordially extend my invitation to you to take part in a remarkable opportunity to delve into the topic of "SPIRITUAL DIGESTION." Minister Nicolette Pinnock will lead the session and share her insights and wisdom on the subject. It promises to be an enlightening and enriching experience you don't want to miss!

"You are what you eat!"

"You are what you eat!" is a commonly used phrase emphasizing the importance of a healthy and balanced diet. It means that the food you consume directly impacts your physical and mental well-being. Therefore, choosing your food wisely and maintaining a healthy diet is essential to stay fit and healthy.

Spiritual What you eat will affect your spiritual health, causing us to satisfy his temporal wants.

"Spiritual Digesting" involves reading, hearing, and analyzing the information to extract key ideas and concepts. This process involves breaking down the
information into manageable or key components that identify with your life and where God calls you.

To truly absorb God's teachings, we must actively engage with them. This involves not only prayer but also a willingness to receive and internalize His word.

Once we have received it, we must work to digest and assimilate the wisdom into our being. By doing so, we can more fully understand and embody His teachings
daily.
