France already clinched a spot in the round of 16 but still lose to Tunisia in the last round of group stage 1-0. Late drama at the end of the game VAR disallowed the tying goal of France which was done by Antione Griezmann. The big surprise on advancing out of the group stage is Australia beating Denmark 1-0. Denmark never got going in this game and Australia has hit form at the right moments in this group stage well deserved.
