Superhero here....superhero there....They're everywhere but now James Gunn has given us his first look at a superhero show with his "unique" brand of comedy. Peacemaker is a spin-off from Gunn's 2021 movie "The Suicide Squad" played by John Cena and stars Danielle Brooks as Leota Adebayo, Freddie Stroma as Vigilante... I mean, Adrian Chase, Jennifer Holland as Agent Harcourt and Steve Agee as John Economos aka "dye beard" and Robert Patrick as Auggie Smith aka White Dragon aka Peacemakers dad. We pretty much love everything about this show and we highly recommend it.
Finally, we watch the new Ghostbusters: Afterlife and even though I have a few issues with the story and how they handled the extra characters, it was still a great movie that made us laugh and smile all through out. Written and Directed by Jason Reitman and staring McKenna Grace as Phoebe, Finn Wolfhard as Trevor, Paul Rudd as Grooberson and Carrie Coon as Callie.
