Look at your life today. How much work have you done over the past 6 months to improve your own self-awareness, emotional-intelligence and mental toughness? And I mean actual work. Using tools, taking courses, studying, joining groups, reading, meditating, journaling and visualizing. If you haven’t done something every single day to grow 1% in these areas, your sobriety is at risk.

The booze is the smallest part of the equation. Focus on these three legs and sobriety will be effortless.
