The Marietas Islands, an archipelago at the northern tip of Banderas Bay, rise from the
depths of the sea, formed by volcanic eruptions from times long forgotten, when
the Pleistocene brought four glaciations and the world was still finding its
shape. It was to this remote place that we came, with spirits like Robinson
Crusoe, ready to spend our nights on these mysterious lands.
