Today's Episode is about Embodiment. It is who we must BE or BECOME. It is also being IN our bodies, being grounded.
So often we have a desire who we want to be, but we struggle with BEING that identity. To embody that identity is to "act as if". What does that look like? It may be putting all your exercise clothes out at night and planning meals if being healthierĀ is your goal. It may be spending the time going through your finances and acting as if you were already living your desired identity through your actions. It may be creating a list of your ideal partners values and BEING and LIVING those values.
This is a crucial component that is often overlooked. I hope you enjoy it!
