Rylan's life was changed when someone tapped him on the shoulder and invited him to play football. That one action changed the trajectory of his life to include playing football at a high school and collegiate level. He's coached and supported coaches in a number of different roles. His story is inspiring and made us reflect a lot on the investment of time that we spend...sometimes it seems in vain, but it truly changes the lives for those who we choose to give it to.
