On this week's episode, how Michelle Stelly turned her passion for hiking, camping, and exploring the outdoors into her digital brand, The Wandering Queen. After graduating engineering school, Michelle hoped being an engineer would help provide her with the life she didn't have growing up and allow her to be happy. While working as an engineer, Michelle was introduced to rock climbing which connected her with other outdoor enthusiasts who opened her eyes to the world of hiking and camping. Once she started traveling across the country, she began a blog and now has over 51k followers and countless people going to her blog for travel tips and advice.
It was such an experience to be able to sit down with Michelle and unpack her story of how she came from Panama to the States, felt a gap in her life while in the career she thought would bring her happiness, and how she overcame barriers and insecurities in order to pursue what she was passionate about.
