A driven entrepreneur for most of his life, in 2010 Matthew had the excitement of co-founding what would become a nationally recognized nutrition bar company. All of this while using his free time training as a paid volunteer Firefighter with the Qualicum Beach Fire Department. And then his transition into his career as a team Realtor in Victoria, British Columbia. We thought this would be a natural fit to discuss teamwork, building teams, and executing a high level of customer service in the Real Estate and Mortgage industry.
