We are super excited to get started going through the steps outlined in Jay's book, Lean Inside: 7 Steps to Personal Power. This book is truly life changing and it walks through the process Jay uses in his workshops. We invite our listeners to join us as we work through the seven steps over the next few weeks.
This week's episode covers Steps 4 & 5 where we "Baby Step It Out" and "Get Accountable". It is hard to jump from "I hate my body" to "I am perfect in every way!" Your BS (belief system) stops you from getting down with that kind of jump. Baby steps allow you to get from point A to point Z without feeling overwhelmed or setting of the BS meter. It is also impossible to do this work alone. Whether it is a coach or a friend, you need accountability partners to keep you on track. Think about who is the best fit for this job...it might not be who you think!
