You need to scale–you need to to think so big, and you've got to scale so large because in this world, in order to make it, you gotta be indestructible.
And when you're thinking with one to three to five employees, and you're thinking “that's it, I don't want to take on anymore.” you're going to have a very difficult time.
My life didn't really change for me in terms of security and getting to the level that I wanted to, until I had 200 employees.
So start thinking big and start thinking with how to scale your business far and above where you are today.
