On today's episode of Walk n Grow, Francis and Roney have the honor of welcoming Courtney O'Connor, an adolescent therapist with a passion for helping others. Born and raised in Saugerties, NY, Courtney grew a passion for athletics, working with teens, and connecting with others. After pursuing a unique educational path, Courtney earned her master's degree in Social Work at ASU and has called Phoenix home ever since. In addition to her professional endeavors, Courtney enjoys playing competitive rugby and spending quality time with her rescue pit bull, Pua, and her loved ones, whom she holds dear. Courtney is excited to join the Walk n Grow community and share her self-development and personal growth insights.
