On today's Episode, I am joined by Paul Kennedy! Paul has worked in the Restaurant business for the past 30 years and it was in 2018 that he decided to pack his backpack in hopes of getting a chance to see the world and travel. He has now and since then been residing in Vietnam learning Vietnamese Culture and Food! He is currently working on his Cookbook that will be released this year and besides authentic Vietnamese Recipes, Paul hopes to do his part in peaking the Readers' interest in understanding the World.
