Manshu Detachment 731, usually referred to as Unit 731, a secret human experimentation camp and atrocity epicenter that operated for at least 13 years, is difficult to reconcile with any measure of science, or politics, or human development, and is definitively lacking in any respect or consideration for universal human rights.
