About Russ:
After establishing himself as one of the most respected tastemakers in London’s live music scene at VICE and then as an artist manager representing acts including Peace and Superfood, Russ helped launch DICE. As a founding employee at DICE in 2014, he led the music team before becoming Managing Director in 2018, signing major venue deals with UK institutions, Troxy, Scala and The Underworld. Russ was then promoted to Chief Revenue Officer in 2019 and within the space of a year, Russ oversaw DICE's global expansion and led the growth of DICE's revenue streams, all while securing major international partnerships, including Primavera Sound. Most recently, Russ was promoted to President in 2021 and relocated to New York to set up DICE's second HQ. Since arriving, Russ has signed some of the best independent venues and promoters deals across the U.S., including Avant Gardner, Elsewhere, Teksupport, and Newport Folk and Jazz Festivals.
