Disley was born in Cuba and was immersed in dance before she could walk. In Havana, she trained for 6 to 8 hours a day starting at 10 years old. Her love of dance flows out to her ballet studio in Torreon, Mexico. She trains ballet dancers in Torreon Mexico to compete internationally. Since 2019 she started a theater company with her friend. Her productions combine dance, music and her original scripts. (Her theater company is Colectivo Tablarte and the ballet school is Corpus Danza.)
