Monse began her University studies imagining that she would work in conservation, perhaps saving whales. Then, she took a course in molecular biology and realized she was even more interested in molecular biology. She began working selling medical devices and products such as botox and fillers to doctors and other professionals who worked with aesthetics. Then, four years ago she started a food supplement business with the aim of helping people improve their health.
