From movement to intentionally unplugging, taking care of YOU has to be an essential during the holiday season. And sister - it doesn't need to be complicated! Just stick to the basics and take it one, small step at a time.

If I can give one piece of best advice - it would be to empower you to START now. Implement small things that will help your body and your brain feel good. Don't wait until the new year or put time for yourself on the back burner. Everything that you take action on NOW will carry you through the holidays and build momentum into 2024.
