In today's episode - I share about the importance of really knowing what's triggering you in motherhood. What thoughts are you having? What little things are putting you over the edge and outside your "window of tolerance"? While this is sometimes easy to identify, other times - it's not. As moms in a busy, connected and chaotic world, there is SO much information and noise. I know it can feel nearly impossible to stop the swirling of thoughts in our heads and really get back to a place of feeling grounded in truth.
