On today's eposide of Empowered in Health - we're talking about change. GOSH - it's so hard and scary and overwhelming, isn't it? The idea of having no idea what you're doing or where you're going. The idea of starting new after committing so much time and effort and energy to something for years and years.
I know this to be true - we've ALL experienced this at some point in our lives. A time where we've had to make the bold decision to close a chapter and step into the unknown. The fresh. The new. The next season.
That's where I'm at right now. After almost 8 years as a BODi coach, it's time for me to close this chapter and move into the next season of serving in the health and wellness space. While I still have no idea what that looks like, the nudge has been too strong to ignore. While I continue to unpack and discern what this next season looks like for me - I want to ensure I share my deepest gratitude and appreciation for the connections, the community and for all the amazing things I've learned during this season of starting my entrepreneurial journey.
So while YES - change is hard and scary and overwhelming. It's also wildly freeing, exciting and encouraging as we dream up and think forward to new possibilities.
