From a mindset standpoint - it's essential to remember that vacation and time for making memories with our families is a time to minimize stress and enjoy the moment. While leading a lifestyle where we pour into ourselves and our health matters - taking time to unplug, decompress and eliminating added stress matters too. Simple tips like sleep, hydration and movement are more than enough to focus on.
