On today's episode, we are diving into a few of the key things I work through with my clients when it comes to our nutritional habits. This can be one of the hardest components to wellness. I know for me personally, after trying every single method out there - I finally came to terms with the realization that simple methods and micro steps/goals was the name of the game to feeling equipped with nutrition.

From thinking about foods in foods groups, to consistently eating and prepping ahead for success - the key to making progress towards your nutritional goals is to come up with a personalized plan that allows you to take micro steps along the way. I've loved having the opportunity to help my clients implement things like this because it eliminated the "all or nothing" mindset and helps us set ourselves up for success.
