In this episode, we dive deep into the profound impact of gratitude on our health and overall well-being. While the importance of gratitude is often discussed in the wellness space, it's not always easy to implement, despite being a simple practice with profound effects.

As busy women and mothers, it's easy to get caught up in daily demands and lose sight of the present moment and what we have to be grateful for.

Gratitude is a massive driver to reducing stress, supporting the nervous system, building emotional resilience, instilling mental clarity and so much more. Simple practices like starting and ending the day with 3 things you're grateful for and showing appreciation for the people around you boost our feel good hormones and induce positive emotions.

I personally love the "High Five Method" from Mel Robbins - which involves giving yourself a high five in the mirror and verbally stating affirmations or reasons why you are grateful for yourself too!

Life is hard and busy, but focusing on gratitude helps us refocus on what truly matters. Remember, mindset and our mental well-being is a key driver to overall health. That's why incorporating gratitude into our daily lives can be transformative for how we feel from the inside out.
