I'm not perfect. And sometimes - I learn the hard way. Our lifestyle choices - from what we choose to eat, how much we sleep, how we create boundaries and protect our peace - it all affects how we feel from the inside out. In this episode, I'm sharing more of my heart around our weekend as a family and how my indulgences started to pile up on one another and left me feeling TERRIBLE come Monday morning. I've been diving a lot further into gut health, food sensitivities and root cause issues as of late. As I continue to learn more about these things - I'm also continuing to learn more about what works and what doesn't.
My truth is - I have a much harder time managing my mental and emotional well-being when I'm not fueling my body well. I can feel the affects of my choices times 100 when I'm haphazard with my habits. As I continue to learn my body's needs, it's an incredibly long, interesting, eye-opening process to learn how my body is evolving.
