On today's episode, I'm sharing more about the give-back plan for Mental Health Awareness month and how you can get involved! By either sharing your story/perspective through posts for Maternal Mental Health Week or purchasing items through my shop as a part of the give-back initiative - it's an honor to do this work alongside you and bring more awareness to this incredibly important topic.
The Happy Place. Happy Mind. focus is all about staying present in the moment, feeling calm/peace and truly working to create energy that leaves you fulfilled. A carefree sort-of energy, embracing that life is happening FOR us and where we are - in this moment - is the only place we need to be. These kinds of mindset practices are so important on our overall wellness journey. Every day, I'm reminded how our health starts from the inside out. As women and mamas, it's imperative that we keep working to normalize talking through our needs, our co-existing feelings and knowing that it's OK to reach out for added help and support.
All items are officially LIVE at The Momlife Mindset Shop and as mentioned in today's episode, a portion of all earnings from now until the end of May will be donated back to the non-profit organization - 2020Mom.
