In today's episode - I share more about my specific gut health journey and how much I'm learning as I dive deeper on root cause in my own health (and really the health of our entire family). From removing inflammatory foods like gluten and dairy, to SIBO testing and following LOW FODMAP, adding supplements, to mold exposure, regulating our nervous system, environmental toxins and more - it's amazing what you start to uncover as you get specific data on your body.
Throughout the month of June - I will be interviewing several amazing women in the nutrition and functional medicine space that will offer great feedback and perspective around how to advocate for your needs. Especially as our health evolves with age!
